@def4d: I'm curious for the benchwell results of this machine. I ask me, what occ will be possible, what cooler would be needed and how noisy the machine will be?

I'm not sure it can be calculated so easy - if it could be done so, than the 5504 looks quite good, also at standard speed.

5504@2GHz -> 2x8x2GHz -> 32GHz
i7@3.5GHz -> 8x3.5GHz -> 28GHZ

Today I have seen that the benchwell list dosn't show the CPU name anymore, only icons with a tooltip - that's quite bad for a quick comparsion.

I can't seem to find it again, but the 5504 air OC world record is 3.5Ghz
Let say 3 or 3.2Ghz for a safe use, with a good ventilator

Previously i said it was HT, but it's not, sorry

In fact comparing i7 and dual xeon is hard...
