I have questions .......

I've set this up on my mom's machine ....

It worked fine once. Today ... nothing. Just a blank page.

Is there a trick? ..the remote pc doesn't need to send a request, ..does it?

I can see in My Computers both machines online ... ??

ps. After I try and start a remote control (that doesn't work), ... then I get the 'In Session' deal ... Is there anyway to stop that process if there's nobody actually at the remote pc ?

ivox, have you installed the last activeX controller of the site?
You can stop the process using the "Disconnect" button on the left bar (you have to exit Full Screen mode to see the button)

could it be possible that your mom's pc had some trouble and freezed?
