I use Firefox and IE7 - so I am not really sure.

This is how to do it in IE7:

go to Tools> Internet Options> Connections> LAN settings>

now enter the IP adress for the proxy server and the port.

Try these values:
IP: 74.205.126.241
port: 80

Now just open www.pandora.com

This works fine for me, but you might need a fresh list of proxy adresses to try out. Plenty to be found using Google.
