I just started using it, ... but what I understand is that the firewall is trying to be as transparent as possible with a low latency, ... if you bring up the UI, .. I believe it's configurable from there.

Configurable yes, but for ports and ... ... but not for applications. I read this at the ghostwall forum too. The other tool of ghost security "AppDefend" could be this kinf of firewall, what I mean. The question is, what is a free limited version? Secure or not?

Now I found one, beta version yet, but a first place winner at leak tests.
