Resource Browser stuck at top of screen

Resource Browser stuck at top of screen#401424

The Material Resource Browser has 'drifted' above the Windows top of screen and is unable to be selected to drag back down or minimise - are there any short cut keys to centre the menu back on the screen? Running v5.2.1.49

That seems rather unfortunate! Have you tried changing the layout from the Window menu?

"Alt 3" on the keyboard will remove the resources browser and then re-enable it, maybe it will put it in the default position?
