I know I have not been around for long but when logging in today found my user name changed and apparently I only joined this month rather than years ago.

WOT is going on please? I cannot even search for my posts now......

I'd contact Next Limit direct. Perhaps try logging in via your portal and check your purchase history etc. is correct and go from there?
