On support they tell me that the case was created today, that is assigned and will be answer as soon as posible.

I put the support ticket in on Monday. It is now Wednesday and I still haven't received a response and I'm still unable to render out of Maya.

Well, they tell me it's a slow issue because it involves several departments (sales, financial, etc) for a license change or something like that, but that they are sending some temporal license so you can start working.

As you may see, I'm a little bit lost when we talk about licensing or buying options, as this is a more technical forum.
