it there any good tutorials or set on how to make a good illumination set for a realistic exterior architecture scene?

i did not find anything....

There are some posts on this forum discussing it, here's one:

Just use realistic emitter settings for lamp posts etc (not hundreds of thousands of watts), and play with the camera exposure settings to control the exposure.
