my Maxwell render 4 plugin for 3ds Max skip frames when I'm trying to save the animation it goes 1 2 3 6 8 9 10. skipping frames how do I fix this??

I'm having the exact same problem. I set off a rendering and it looks like maxwell starts a frame then it just stops and goes to the next frame. This is very frustrating. I cannot work.
