Application packages are *not* the place to store...

All this stuff must go together with the application package into a normal folder. To store license.txt inside the Application bundle is in order when the application itself puts it there, otherwise it should go to the application's folder as well.
If the user has not installed the developer tools, afaik there isn't even a command to view the package content. And even if there is a command, such stuff should not be located where no user expects it.
