i installed the last version : 3.1.0.1 but license lost !
that never happened berfore

i solve the problem
localhost:5054
Edit license file
than i choose : maxwell_suite_floating.lic
but i find two other files :
activate1.lic : 0kb
maxwell_license.lic : HOST localhost ANY 5053

What did you edit in the license file?

The maxwell_license.lic second file is normal, on your RLM computer you should have two files: maxwell_suite_floating and that one. On all your other computers that will connect to this RLM computer you will only have the single line maxwell_license.lic, so they know to which computer to connect which is running RLM.

i don't modify anything ; i install the new version yesterday and today when i open studio i see there is no license and the version unregistred

nothing just that and it worked again than i delete :activate1.lic

Maybe that was the reason then, not that you went to the RLM interface. Did you take a look what was inside this activate1.lic? It would have been good to get a clue. Are you sure it was in the same folder (C:\ProgramData\Next Limit\Maxwell\licenses)?

there is nothing inside activate1.lic and the file have 0 kb
i am sure it was in the same folder i never change anything or modify license
