It is almost impossible here to download official 3.1 release. Download via customer gateway shows ~4h and fails after sometime.
Do you have any mirror server or secret link etc?

Thanks, it works now without problem for me too. I've downloaded macos version today - it took me ~3 hours (with 180 Mb/s connection)
