On my G4 Dual Mirror drive M~R doesn't work, bounce couple times and then crash

huh what a shout... i remember that during beta there was a special G4version - so maybe we have the same issue here? i'm running fine on G5 in my studio.

mine's working.....Dual G5, 10.4.3

But I can't import anything useable
importing a 3ds file gives me some funny looking polygon shapes across the viewport, no matter how far in or out I zoom

not up to snuff if you aks me

the .mxs file export should work in maya 6.5 ?? (old plug-in) or did it never work?

So, I take it the plugins are not updated? For me, this program is useless without a FormZ plugin.

Exporting to some .Format makes no sense, as architectural projects keep changing. Has anyone gotten an old plug in to work?

BTW, G4 1.25 10.3.9 Crashing here. Couple of bounces, then sudden quit.

Seems as if I’m in for double the pain and suffering… RC5 won’t open on my Powerbook G4 1.67 GHz… and even if it did, I use Lightwave 8.5, and judging from the comments coming out of the Lightwave Forum things don’t sound very promising. I think I’ll go for a beer… or two.
