When you open a HDR in Maxwell, you have to select the file with the file open dialog. The file open dialog that comes up with the framework they use is hard to beat in terms of infunctionalit, uselessness and sheer uglyness... well, at least you can select a file, well, some of them.

This is *worse* than the Windows 3.0 file selection box, and I mean it.

You can't even select another volume than the boot volume! It looks like [don't know a word for it...] and it's laughing stock for anyone who knows how to call a file open dialog from code. This has to change for the release, and it shure will.

I'm assuming they are using a Java library for the app. interface? If so it should be set to use host inteface. The text in the preview window is the wrong size as well.
