Black bars are appearing again starting from SL6-7

Each new SL adds extra bars.

Well, bad news is that this scene shows black bars with 3.1.1.0 as well

i had the same problem ; at sl 14 the black bar appeared

i found that the problem happened when i use sss material with two layers and the second layer have a mask ( i don't tried without mask )
with one layer there is no problem at the same sl : 14
i see black bar again in viewport render :


the problem happened again with new setup but in different sl
