I have what are essentially a couple of small points/questions regarding the plugin.
1) Is it possible to suppress -- on a permanent basis (as opposed to just for the session) -- the file overwrite confirmation popups? For example, Output Image already exists", MXS file already exists, etc.
2) I am confused by the interpretation of the Tile X and Tile Y fields when RealScale is on versus when it is off. For example, with RealScale off increasing the tile causes the texture elements to appear smaller; with RealScale on, it seems reversed. The larger the numeric value entered, makes the texture appear larger. I certainly understand why the numbers themselves would have a different magnitude to generate a similar sized texture, but I do not understand why the adjustment direction is essentially reversed.
3) It would be helpful to add a numeric input or numeric indicator to the Texture Rotation slider. While I recognize that SW doesn't have a numeric entry/readout for this, I think it would be helpful to be able to specify the degree of rotation and maintain that same degree across several materials. Obviously this repeatability would be seem most useful to textures with non-random patterns, where one is trying to maintain some sort of alignment.
4) The Material Editor does not appear to have a cancel/undo facility. Changes made to a material cannot be cancelled or undone. They settings must be re-entered. Consider the addition of some sort of cancel/undo facility.
Thanks,
Ken
