Hello tpgreenwood,

Please check you are using the latest version of the plugin, it is available in the download section of our website. does it happen with any Solidworks scene you have tried? Could you make a test with a very simple object like a cube? do you get the same message?

Kind regards,

Juan

- When Maxwell render (mxcl.exe) is launched, can you read v1.1? Perhaps the plugin is updated but not the main engine.

- Could you check if the mxs path (in the renders path section of the maxwell property manager) contains a valid path? it might be happen that the mxs file could not be written.

- Could you send an small mxs file (like the cube or the cylinder) and the SolidWorks model to techdesk@nextlimit.com?

Kind regards,

Juan
