I know, this is a known issue of SW "camera". In the next swmaxwell version probably there will be 2 modes to work with the camera. None of them is perfect but each covering different aspects.
We are all waiting to SW 2006 to have a good camera, wait just one or two months.

I can't see your render, could you upload it again? It could be because the way SW tesselate bodies. You don't control the direction of normal vectors..Let me study it, we will find a solution soon.
