Maxwell includes the RenderKit functionality which means you can simply load your particle BIN file and mesh it at render time using the MaxwellMesher extension included in the Maxwell installer. Or if you already have the meshes created it also accepts BIN mesh files. Or SD wave files. More info here:

I have After Effects and it includes a version of Mocha, but you can go into preferences and set a parameter and it will directly connect to the full version of Mocha Pro if it's installed - which it is. Very clean and simple. I was hoping there was something equivalent in RF but it doesn't look like it.
