Scaling with Numeric Menu inputs.
How do you select all three of the scale menu inputs and enter information so that when you input one all update evenly?
I've looked everywhere but I really don't know how to search for this topic.

I try to use the widgets but usually the object turns inside out.

try this trick
the x y z values must not equal to 0
for example :
x = 1
y = 8
z = 5
and you want scale the object by 20% ; 0.2
write 0.2 in the x value than shift+tab
and all values changed
