got this as well at the moment , thought it was just me but for you to do the same it must be a bug ...... you need to trash preference files , just had a look myself there are some cfg files as well . I'd suggest backing up the contents of the whole maxwell folder located in documents before you trash just in case.

Seghier , first thing I tried but didn't help.
Trashing those files fixed the issue and a couple of other odd things
