Hi,
i'd suggest to get the latest version of the rlm server (11.0) and use it instead of the supplied one (10.1).
Go to:
http://www.reprisesoftware.com/admin/so ... wnload.php
scroll down the page and get:
http://www.reprisesoftware.com/license_ ... .admin.exe
1.Run this executable, and when prompted for a place to uncompress it, choose any temporary place i.e . c:\temp\newrlm
2.Go to Services manager and stop rlm_nl service.
3.Overwrite C:\Program Files\Next Limit\rlm\rlm.exe with rlm.exe from c:\temp\newrlm
4.Go to Services manager and start rlm_nl service.
5.In a web browser, go to http://localhost:5054 and check license status
See if this solves the issue.
Hope this helps.
Miguel.
