So, is there a plan to fix this in the near future or will this be the only way to get the promo discount?

I don't know why it is so difficult to substract 10% if the code has been confirmed - but this is another thing...

But i know that i will not lose my patience and just hit the BUY button... if that's the plan

I clicked the buy button

bought it through the website as i didn't feel comfortable sending my card details via email. I then forwarded my discount code to Jenny who has passed it onto the admin department for the refund amount . (Thanks Jenny !!!)

did a very quick 2 min set up test on volumetrics and I'm very impressed already !

me too. I'm using it since late alpha but weren't contacted for a survey
