If i render the z bubber at the same time than the render channel and save them in tga, i get a very strange z buffer output (the object appear 3 times and it's squeeze). I don't know if this is really related to rhino's plugin but maybe someone can double check this problem.

Regarding the z-buffer, all the plugin has to do is write the values from the the Scene Manager into the MXS file -- this appears to be working fine, so the problem must be somewhere else. That said, I have not worked with z-buffer much, but the simple test I did here seems to work fine, so I guess I'll need you to give more detail on how to reproduce the issue.

Don't worry much for that one Jeremy, i found that it's due to Picasa photo viewer. When open with Photoshop, everything is fine. Sorry to bother you for that.
