Hello -
i have imported a .3ds file into rhino and when i attempt to render, certain meshes do not appear. the command line message reads " errors detected during meshing, the objects which generated these errors are now selected. does anyone have any ideas on repairs that can be made to these meshes in rhino that would allow them to be rendered?

Thanks,
J.C.

Hi J.C.

Can you copy/paste here the text you find in the plugin's log viewer when this happens? It should say if they were missing normals or texture-coordinates, or similar. You can also email me one of these and I'll take a look to find the reason.

hey JD,
Thanks for the quick reply. The meshes were missing texture coordinates. As i read in earlier post of yours "the log viewer is your friend"!!

Thank ye much,
J.C.

Good deal. I have further refined the code that detects & automatically creates those, so maybe the next update will render them with no extra effort.
