a couple questions:
 - so a rendering has been going for an hour, can you save that without stopping the rendering from contiunuing?
 - when will you be able to render one image on multiple computers! (very important for me).
 - if a texture has been applied in RHino, by the Material Properties - assign by basic -texture bitmap.... will that show up in the ~MW~ rendering?

Thanks, :D

1. yes, with MXI file (not supported yet in rhinoll)
2. see the forum and announcements
3. no. MW will have (probably) it;s own material editor with texture support (rhino material editor supports onlu UV mapping), so the answer is no

Yes you can stop a render and continue later. Rhinoll will support shortly, but it is possible to do it know (I do it all the time).
For now as workaround, just hit the render button, then cancel and start the render again from the command prompt with the correct parameters (I use
Code: Select all

The image is written to disk periodically. Whatever is visible in the frame buffer is what has been written. You can do whatever you want to with it. I don't know if MW will freak out if you move, rename or delete the image though. You can certainly copy it or edit it while MR continues on. I do that all the time and save the image to a different name.

Nothing happens :D
You can rename and move the image. A new one will appear at the old location.
