Hi,
I don't know if this has been asked before - but i couldn't find a relevant post. If so please point me in the right direction.

My issue is:
Running Maxwell 3 on Mavericks with a floating license - even with the latest beta Sketchup plugin installed (regardless of whether I use Sketchup 7/8 or 2014) it thinks I have the free version. There are no buttons on the toolbar for exporting MXS and the info pane says free version. I had previously had no problems with Maxwell 2.

To be clear, there is no problem with my license in Maxwell (i'm connecting to the license server) so I can have maxwell open and rendering old scenes but Sketchup wont allow me to export an MXS - bizarre.

Your suggestions would be much appreciated.

Tom

This just means that for whatever reason, the licensing routine in the plugin is unable to check out a license. The plugin writes a log file as it goes through the license checkout procedure, as described in the Troubleshooting section on this page. If the information in the log does not help you to diagnose & correct the problem directly, please send me (jeremy at nextlimit dot com) a copy of it, and I'll take a look, and forward you to someone who may be able to help.
