I recently updated to 2.6.11 and have noticed a couple of problems.
1. I had a few faces in my model that would not show the correct material until I flipped the face in sketchup. Note, I always apply the material to the "front" of the skp face and always make sure my faces are facing outward. But even after erasing this face and drawing it again, I needed to apply the material to the front of the face and then flip the face so that in skp I was actually seeing the reverse, or back of the face, but in maxwell it would render correctly.
2. I had a number of overhead door components in my model, all in a line and with small windows of transparency. When rendered, some of the doors would show complete transparency over the whole door, not just where the "pane of glass" would be. This happened with some other windows that were components also. Exploding all of these fixed the problem.
