I can't use displacement with the plugin (v3.0.15). Maxwell is crashing immediately after the export. (only one plane in the scene)
When i export the scene to studio and render from there everything works fine... :?

No problem when i render from 3dsmax.

Are you able to reproduce this when using the current versions of Maxwell & the plugin? There have been quite a few builds since the ones you're using.

Is this a known problem that has been fixed in the latest build?
I'm in the middle of a job, so i don't want to update now. I think i will do it in max and reference it like i have done it in the past.

Not in the latest build, but there was a possible crash with pretesselated displacement when it was applied to only some triangles of a mesh (with other triangles having no material assigned), which can often happen in SketchUp. This was fixed in a build in November. Also though, Maxwell 3.0.1.3, which was the SDK version used in plugin 3.0.15, had known crashes with MXS References which contained instances.
