Good day,
can anyone help me with a Maxwell/Sketchup problem; I have upgraded from pro8 to 2013 but now that I have downloaded it, I can't get Maxwell to migrate to the 2013 pro.
Any ideas?

The problem is that SU2013 breaks our plugin and is not yet supported, so you won't be able to migrate it.

Does anyone know why I'm seeing this error?

I have installed Maxwell Render to Sketchup 2013 also. I listed the following error on another thread but thought it may be relevant. The error message does ask me if I want to use the the Ruby exporter and yes, it does work for me.

Error as shown below

'The MXS exporter has failed'
-a corrupt Sketchup model
-a corrupt or missing MXS exporter
- insuffient OS write permissions
- running a free version of Sketchup[/b]

Would you like to try again, using the Ruby exporter?

Using the Ruby exporter does seem to work; however, is this as efficient as the Next Limit exporter?
