By accident I changed the HDRI U scale from 100% to 110% (I meant to change the offset). After switching it back the 100% was being translated into Studio as a scale of 100 (so it was tiling 100 times horizontally. The reset button didn't fix this either. I've had to change the U scale to 1% (the V scale is still set at default 100%).

Thanks -- it's more broken than that, but I'm fixing it up. For now, if you have never touched the scale, you'll get the expected 1.0/1.0, even if it says 100.0/100.0 in the UI. After you have changed it once, however, then an explicit value will have been stored in the document (there wasn't any before that, so the plugin's internal default of 1.0/1.0 was used), and you will need to change it to 1.0/1.0, as you did above. It also should not be labeled as a percent, imho -- I will change the range to be like Studio, where the default is 1.0/1.0 and has no unit label.
