I have a strange situation. In my scene I'm clicking Maxwell>Rendering and export>Maxwell fire. The window is appear but it's blank. Only black tiles inside. But if I start Maxwell>Rendering and export>Render and then select ToFire - Yes, the window is appear with a scene. Is it normal behaviour? Plug-in is 3.2.5 x64. Rhino 5.12. Thanks.

When the Maxwell Fire window pops up, to actually start FIRE rendering, it is necessary to enable the "Enable Fire" toggle-button at the top-left corner of the Maxwell Fire window. Are you doing this?

The reason for this behavior is that it is possible both to make the Maxwell Fire window remember its opened/closed state from session to session (see Options > User Interface > Restore Windows on Load), and also to dock it (see Options > User Interface > Dockable Fire Window).
