When I send my client project file packages (i.e. 3dm , mxs, textures, etc) none of the mxs files are being found.

I see where to add additional texture paths in the options.

How does he get Rhino to find all the mxs files we're using?

When a 3DM is opened, missing files will automatically be searched for in the 3DM's directory, and also in a /textures subdirectory. Maxwell Render and Maxwell Studio also perform fixups using this method. To go along with this behavior, we have the Pack & Go option found in Scene Manager > Output > Export, which scans the written MXS file and copies all referenced files into just such a /textures directory, next to the output MXS. If you need to deliver both MXS and 3DM, you would want to export the MXS with Pack & Go enabled, put a copy of the 3DM next to the output MXS, zip the directory, and send it to your client.
