Hi there once more.
So here comes my next newbie question: I got a certain problem to get the background image show up in Maxwell Render. I got the following settings: Environment set to Image based, Viewport Display= Background Channel, Background Channel= Use HDRI (an EXR is loaded), Screen Mapped and Reflection-Refraction-Illumination channels use the Sky. The Image based Sky type is set to Sky Dome. None of the Export options is enabled on the Output Tab. When I try a FIRE render the background image is shown just fine and I even get some extra reflections! But when I try to render with Maxwell Render I just get a black background and some less reflections and I got no idea how to bring everything together in post production, surely I´m doing something wrong here but I have no idea what. I even tried to send the scene to Studio, even there I see the background image but as soon as I hit render and Render opens, no background any more.....

As always, many thanks in advance for any help! Best Regards!

My first guess will be that you have Alpha enabled in Scene Object > Output > Render Channels. If so, you may find the information on this page to be helpful.

But, yes, of course, many thanks for the link, mostly helpful, I will take the time to read it thoroughly, every page, so I won´t make such mistakes any more, promise. Again, thank you!
