Hi,

I can't render the shadow channel using Cinema R11 + Cinemaxwell plugin 2.0.5 (Mac OS X SL).

I've enabled "Shadow" in the material for the floor surface and also enabled the shadow channel in the Scene Object, but my shadow channel just renders completely black against the background? I use 32-bit gradient HDR-lights and also some spot lights using standard emitter materials. Output format is set to 32-bit TIFF RGB. Am I missing something?

Also, should I be able to hide the floor ("Hide" or "Hide from camera" using Maxwell object tag) and still get the shadow channel rendered properly?

It seems to be working fine in tests here, so I'd need more details about how to recreate a scene like yours (preferably, you could just zip and send it to jeremy at nextlimit dot com). I do not believe that you can hide geometry and still have it affect the shadow channel, but I'm not positive about that.
