Could I switch off displacement of all materials while sending it to Maxwell? Is there any button in scene tag? I can not find it.

There is not any tag or switch for that in the UI, but you can do it by putting -displacement:off in Engine > Command Line. Looks like you need to put a space before that, too, because I just noticed the plugin is not checking for this when building the actual command line.
