Hi

I have a question about the exchange between the UV coordinates and Mawell C4D Studio.

To explain, I've appended a screenshot.

In the example I've used in C4D a planar projection and scaled this to the face of the figure ( see screenshoot). The rendering in C4D is ok. In Maxwell Studio is the planar projection of the scaling of the planar projection but not taken into account. So i always have to play with a texture ( white, same size ) in the opacity mask of the layer in the maxwell material.

Do i have a wrong understanding of the workflow, some light in this question would be helpful.

Best,
Tom

It looks like the UV coords are correct, but that the Texture tag's Tile value is not taken into account. That is the expected behavior, since texture tile is defined in materials in Maxwell (Maxwell has no analog for the Texture tag, and therefore for its Tile checkbox). So you should use a Maxwell material, rather than a Cinema one, and set up texture tiling in the Maxwell material's textures.
