Hi all,

Is there a way to override just the object ID colors?

Ussually I have more than 1000 objects but just a few needs to be with some specific color and the rest with another and right now is a pain apply object properties to every single object.

Cheers

The way to handle this is using Cinema's natural hierarchy rules. You can control the object id color of all objects by putting everything under a single null, and putting an object properties tag on that null. You can then override individual objects (or groups of objects) by putting object properties tags on them.

Yes, the plugin is only applying the flag if the specified obj id color is something other than black. I've removed that logic in the code for the next build. Putting specific object id colors on instances did not used to work, but it looks like it does now, so I'll add that in.

I've changed how this works 2.5.1.9, so you should now be able to use black for an object ID color. You should now be able to set object ID color on instances too.
