hi

i'm trying to get this light trail effect.




i made my emitter move over 1 sec and played with shutter speed but strangely i always get same amount of motion blur.
i unchecked 'lock exposure to ev' and played with different setting for 'shutter [1/s]' but no luck.

any advice?

As far as I know, the exposure parameters only control the camera's exposure, and not how motion blur renders. That is, motion blur is calculated based on the physical movement of the object alone, so to adjust the length of your light streaks, you will need to adjust how much they move in each frame.
