Hi all,
Is there a way to improved the quality of the materials display in the viewport, here in this picture, for example to the left is the MXM material and to the right a basic C4D material with the same diffuse texture, at least to my eyes the native C4D mat displays better in order to remap with more accuracy.

Maybe this doesn´t make any sense to anybody else but for my workflow sometimes I have to map with the standar C4D mat and then reaply the MXM.

Cheers

I don't know much about C4D but Studio has a setting for that in Preferences>Viewport (texture resolution) and you have a similar option in 3dsmax preferences in Maxwell tab so I guess C4D has it too. Check preferences if there's something like that in Cinema. :P

Preview size is stored per-texture, since you may want to use low-res on some, and high-res on others. When textures are first created, they use the value set in your preferences, but you can change it later for any individual texture, using the Preview Size parameter in the plugin's texture editor.

So, is this a known issue?
