You need to contact the sales desk (you should be able to do that from the main http://www.maxwellrender.com page) with your customer info and ask them how to download 1.7.1 plugins, since they are not available to the public. The plugin you are looking for is version 1.8.1.8 and is compatible with Cinema R11.5.
