I have found a strange thing...

1) Create new Maxwell material "New/Maxwell Material" in Material browser of Cinema.
2) Click "MXED Editor" in material's Attributes.
3) Choose "Wizards/Satin".
4) Leave default color, click OK.
5) Choose "Replace current material".
6) You get Satin material with R2 set to 76 in "Weave" layer and R2 set to 5 in "Sheen" layer.
7) Click "Save and close >CD< icon".
8) Double click on material's icon in Cinema's material browser.
9) Check BSDF in "Weave" and "Sheen" layer - R2s are set to 28 and checkboxes are unchecked...

Can anyone confirm it also?

Windows XP 64bit
Cinema4D R11.027 in 64bit
Maxwell V2 + plugin

PS: That 8) smily stands for a step number Eight) :)

PPS: I have moved further...

Material that have R2 set and is saved to mxm file does not have R2 value set in Cinema => my opinion => Cinema plugin ignores R2 value in materials.

Yes, it's a known bug - the r2 params are not hooked up correctly in the plugin's material editor. It will be fixed in the next update.
