it seems to me it doesnt since maxwell start the render but render process is really really really really slow... as slow as impossible to use
maybe is something related to this specific file... but same scene used to render fine with previous version

i have also tried and export the mxs file
but it make studio crash when loaded


since i am having this problem i will be forced to unistall unless is possible a double installation

Maxwell 2.1 should work fine with scenes produced by older plug-ins. Could you send me that scene at mihnea.balta@gmail.com so I can investigate what's going on?

Anyway, we'll release a 2.1 plug-in soon.

thanks doesnt mattter..... seems like it was just scene related ... i will wate for the new plugin since it is not a production scene

tried older scene after reading this post, it worked alright. : )
