hi all, I'm working with the "invisible emitters through windows" to enhance interiors, but I have a problem that probably others have: the emitter causes the window itself to be white because of the enhancement in light power going from outside to inside. Is there a way to "tell" maxwell that this emitter will not affect the meshes that are the window and its surroundings ?

Did you try the block emitters feature? In Maya you have a button called "Block Emitters" in the "Maxwell Render" rollup of transforms and shapes. It works on groups too, so if you want to block a certain emitter for several objects, you can group them and set the information only once on the group.

I don't think I have an option like this, is it a feature of version 3 ?
