Where can I set MXI and MXS output with current camera name added? I mean e.g. Project_Camera0001.mxi.

For MXI and output images, you can use the %camera% macro in the file name (the full list of available macros is here: http://support.nextlimit.com/display/mx ... put+macros). Unfortunately, macros are not supported for MXS file names at the moment.
