There is an edibox in render options from where you can send different flags to render. Try to put "-rs:0" in there (without quotes). For the next update this option will be a combobox.

I have forced my viz2006 to render material preview with draft engine but, final preview image couldn,t be displayed , so it works , but it is useless right now
