Thanks for the file, it was useful in identifying the problem. The 32-bit plug-in build contains an error which causes this crash. We weren't able to reproduce it before because we were trying with 64-bit Max, which works fine. We're working on it and we'll let you know when a fix becomes available. Thanks again for helping us track this down.
