Has anyone else had issues exporting a 3ds to MXS file with the latest plugin?

I've got a file with a referenced building and some proxied trees. I've not had the patience to wait for the export to finish it's so slow. After about 10 minutes it's at about 10%. However it renders fine so I'm not sure what the issue is. Also the .mxs that it's exporting to doesn't just increase in size. It goes to about 17 mb and then jumps down and builds back up quickly, jumps back down, etc.

We've fixed it for the next build. The problem was that when exporting instances the SDK had to make sure they have unique names and that took the entire export time.
