first, great work with the plugin
I´m playing with the maxwell lights and the mxi/hdr texture does not work for me. Only have the option to mxi extension and then if I choose mxi nothing happens

Sorry about that, it assigns the MXI path to the IES slot after you close the browse dialog. We'll fix it in the next build.

I cannot see MxLight objects with Nitrous (it's ok with OpenGL and Direct3D).

None of the plug-in objects work with Nitrous at the moment (except for the textures for referenced MXM materials). It's not trivial to make them work with the new stuff, and we haven't had time to do it yet.
