Everything related to Maxwell Render and General Stuff that doesn't fit in other categories

Hello,

I am struggling to decide which Maxwell version could suit our needs the best.
We want to create realistic pictures of tools for the webshop/client.
Our input is going to be a step file generated from the CAD software NX for each item in our webshop. As you can guess there will be many step files.
Therefore a kind of automatisation needs to be configured as well as settings for lighting, textures, alignment, resolution, a transparent background and filename of the output. The laptops/computers we would use for the testing do meet the hardware requirements.
Does anyone have a recommendation which Maxwell Rendering software version should be considered to be tested?

Thank you in advance and best regards!

There is no Siemens NX plugin, so you need the standalone Maxwell Studio application to import OBJ (polygon mesh) output from any software, whether NX, Alias, Fusion or Creo.
Thank you very much for your fast and concise answer!
